**About the Role**

As a **Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist**, you will drive talent acquisition strategies across multiple countries, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talents. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR teams, and hiring managers to develop and implement best-in-class recruitment solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

**End-to-End Recruitment**
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for roles across the region.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

**Talent Pipeline**
- Build a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.

**Stakeholder & Vendor Management**
- Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals where necessary.

**Market Intelligence & Reporting**
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and hiring trends to guide recruitment strategies.
- Track key hiring metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Preferably 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
