Key Responsibilities:

The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading talent acquisition efforts in Singapore and other operating regions. The role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing employee benefits and compensation programs, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and legislation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead talent acquisition efforts, develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, and manage employee onboarding processes.
  • Employee Relations & Benefits: Manage employee relations, including but not limited to disciplinary and grievance handling. Ensure employee benefits and compensation programs are competitive and fair in the market.
  • HR Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and employee-related legal obligations in Singapore and other operating regions. Track and maintain accurate HR records for employees in all regions.
