**About the job**:To provide assistance and support to the partners, associates and other fee earners in assigned team, and other members of the firm where required.
**Reports to**:Partners & Associates
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Document processing/production
- File Management
- Preparing bills & invoices
- Conflict checks coordination
- Handle incoming calls and general enquiries
- Diary Management
- Travel arrangement
- Other ad hoc projects assigned by fee-earners
**Education / Qualifications**:
- Preferably a diploma, college or university education
- 1 to 4 years of secretary/PA experience in legal industry
- Good command of written and spoken English
**General Skills**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and work under tight schedule.
- Good team player.
- Well organised, detail oriented.
- Friendly, approachable and flexible.
