
Customer Account Manager

**The Job Role**:
- Working closely with sales and PME team to provide support to sales and business development activities
- Grow and develop customers’ account and ensure good support to the customer.
- Manage and negotiate on customer’s requests including quotations, shipping and invoicing, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects
- Work on all RFQ to secure new projects
- Work with customers on product lifecycle issues such as obsolescence and ECN
- Prepare sales and any other reports where required
**Requirements**:
- Recognised degree in electronics engineering or related discipline
- At least 7 years of experience in account management in electronics manufacturing
- Good knowledge of electronic export sales
- Ability to work well in a team while being proactive and independent
- Possess strong project management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
