We are currently looking to hire a **Global Account Manager **to be based in Singapore.

Global Account Management (GAM) is accountable for managing a portfolio of strategic corporate accounts as well as growing the account database within TEC’s network. The purpose of the role is to establish and provide a single point of contact with the GAM Member’s key stakeholders at their HQ level (or RE level) to build an impactful relationship and assist with their global expansion and office needs.

**Responsibilities**:
**Building Accounts**:

- Target non-existing MNC, Corporate Occupiers to build new business for TEC.
- Align with local BD Team to identify potential GAM Account from sales pipeline.
- Data-mine through existing Accounts to identify potential overlap across APAC.
- Utilize existing broker & agent channels to target Corporate occupiers.
- Participate in networking events to build pipeline.

**Managing Accounts**:

- Strategically communicate with portfolio of Global Accounts to discuss TEC’s network, future expansions, industry trends, APAC market reports and relevant product lines.
- Engage in portfolio overlaps with Expansion Team to identify opportunities across APAC markets.
- Understand the Account’s needs and help source and negotiate on new sites if required to expand TEC’s network.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact for any communications across the network.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure Members are satisfied with the in-centre service.
- Help prepare financial models for new expansions.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in commercial real estate is preferred
- 4+ years of experience in a sales related role
- Strong client servicing experience including relationship management, account management, strategic planning & the ability to manage top-level client relationships
- Excellent presentation skills
- This position will require occasional travel
