**The Opportunity**

Authorized Sales Partners (ASPs) are personal, locally accessible marketing advisors that bring high quality sales service and consulting to agencies & direct advertisers in many markets around the world. Our client's Authorized Sales Partners currently operate in 40 countries. These partners go through a rigorous selection and training process and hire local teams who are physically accessible as trusted advisors to their clients. The ASP Program is focused on identifying, selecting, enabling and scaling these partners and on empowering the regional sales teams who directly correspond to these partners.

To be successful in the role, you have to be a well-rounded 'business athlete', a dynamic leader in complex cross-functional environments, an analytical problem solver, builder and process lover with natural curiosity, who understands the marketing and technology landscape in emerging markets as well as how to drive business outcomes by establishing trusted partnerships. You will aid the team in building the structures, processes and capabilities for ASPs to ramp in sales excellence, establishing a rhythm of business and maintaining clear strategic focus in a variety of advertising ecosystems.

Job Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for guiding a cross-functional team to enable success for Authorized Sales Partners as well as internal teams with best-in-class sales strategies, activation techniques and knowledge sharing.
- Develop sales excellence capabilities within partner teams
- Establish new gold-standards in sales enablement, allowing best practice knowledge to travel seamlessly to benefit all local teams for all Authorized Sales partners
- Build rigor and quantitative analytical thinking to program manage and track sales excellence within partner organizations
- Together with a cross-functional team of experts, enable ASPs to diagnose a client's marketing needs and deliver strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
- Ensure data driven decision making, define KPIs, establish tracking. Enable ASPs to drive measurable impact for advertisers, agencies and their clients
- Identify new products and innovative solutions in the market and influence partners to develop such products, as well as support new initiatives by Product and Sales teams
- Own internal progress reporting with partners and proactively communicate status to leadership
- Build the testing framework to measure success of program management and partner management aspects of the program, redefine new metrics as needed
- Identify needed program improvement or prioritization shifts and address them
- Systematically work with partners to identify strategic clients and risks / opportunities for solutions adoption to drive growth

**Your Background**
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Has 5-7 years of relevant working experience
- Proven track record in boosting sales outcomes at scale and driving impact through analytics
- Experience in the Digital Advertising sector or as a digital marketer
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply
- Strong business writing, influencing decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal skills in English
- Emerging Markets experience preferred
- Proficiency in additional language preferred
- Experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Training preferred
- Knowledge of organizational dynamics in large and small organizations. Operating experience with cross-functional/virtual and remote teams.
