**About the Department**:
The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
The successful incumbent will be working closely with the customers, Relationship Managers and backroom operations and expected to handle the following key responsibilities:

- Quote and confirm rates for loan drawdown and rollovers with customers
- Handle repayment of loans
- Provide timely and effective support to Relationship Managers
- Follow up with customers on outstanding documentation pertaining to loan drawdown/rates confirmation
- Instruct and liaise with Backroom Operations for loan drawdown / loan rollover / loan repayment
- Update and maintain Team Registers and ensure data is kept up-to-date and accurate

**Job Requirements**:

- A recognized degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the banking and finance industry
- Meticulous, organized person and able to work independently
- Possess good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines
