**Responsibilities**:

- This centralized reporting team will be the main point of contact to various external parties like Credit Bureau Singapore (CBS) and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
- Involved in performing centralized reporting on behalf of the bank to various external parties like CBS and IRAS
- Ensure timely, accurate and completeness of data reporting to CBS and IRAS
- Single point of contact within the bank to handle data upload, data validations/rectifications, justification and attending queries from CBS
- Single point of contact within the bank to handle data upload and conversion for CRS and FATCA reporting to IRAS
- Coordinate with business and support units on data rectifications at source systems
- Compile and reporting of justifications for Data inconsistencies to CBS and senior management team
- Keep internal stakeholders informed of any material clarifications relating to the report content as requested by CBS
- Engage and preparation of monthly credit bureau reporting, CRS and FATCA for internal stakeholders
- Actively involved and participate in developing a case management tool to handle data validations and reporting to CBS
- Review and participate in process improvements and division automation initiatives

**Job Requirements**:

- A university degree holder in any discipline
- Knowledge on credit bureau reporting, common standard reporting and FATCA will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) in English
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and display resourcefulness to resolve problems
- Able to contribute independently and be an excellent team player
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Highly motivated self-starter with personal resilience to perform effectively
- Analytical mindset to process data and implement improvements for the team
