**About the Department**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Principal Responsibilities**
- To plan, manage and control fraud risks within GWB by ensuring the implementation of fraud prevention and detection capacity
- Run a structured and centralized program as a leading risk steward within GWB and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure proper oversight of controls and measures to mitigate against corporate fraud risks
- Establish effective models and operational performance (effectiveness, efficiency, and proactive enhancement) to knowledge areas in addressing emerging threats and realize opportunities for more collaborative workings of existing AFC systems
- Maintain, implement, and introduce fraud rules / parameter change governance to AFC systems
- Ensure that the Anti-Fraud and Analytics team is optimally position across GWB and works closely across the AFC Ops function to ensure management of fraud and FCR risks are address
- Follow up on case review findings and recommendations to mitigate / prevent future fraud and financial crime risks
- Support GWB to respond to fraud and financial crime related issues and queries from both internal and external stakeholders (including the authorities and correspondent banks)
- As the leading risk steward, ensure timely reporting and escalation of significant risk issues to management
- Represent AFC Ops at senior level discussions on anti-fraud issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Appraise management on operational statistics and areas of interest in AFC systems
- Support IT initiatives from a sharing perspective via insights to enhance ongoing anti-fraud monitoring

**Job Requirements**:

- Graduate Degree from a recognized university (preferably in either Information Technology, Data Science or Banking) or other relevant professional qualification in financial services
- At least 10 years relevant working experience
- Able to demonstrate the following criteria:

- combination of technical and people centric skills focusing on team dynamics, leadership, and empathy
- clear managerial process and significant EQ in dealing with senior stakeholders and external entities
- Team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills and ability to network, engage and influence business stakeholders independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior investigative and or KYC / KYB experiences will be pertinent to derive clear direction to deal with a myriad of Fraud and FCR risks.
