**Key Responsibilities**
- Overseeing daily operations of the school office, managing daily administrative tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed.
- Managing office supplies and equipment.
- Organizing and coordinating the school’s schedules, meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist in generating report and presentation preparation, including gathering data and organizing information.
- Managing the office budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring funds are allocated appropriately.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new staff, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Ensuring office policies and procedures are implemented effectively and evaluate their impact on productivity and compliance.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise within the office.
