Our Client, a Real Estate Firm is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Officer for their Mixed Office and Retail building.

**Location**: Central Singapore (near Raffles Place MRT)

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the building and maintenance of information
- Handle customer related issue and manage customer expectations
- Responsible for the fulfillment of service at various contact points
- Assist in event management or any ad-hoc task as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any discipline
- 2 years of work experience in Customer Service / Call Centre or related field
- Customer service oriented with a pleasant disposition and positive attitude
- Ability to interact well with people of all levels

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus
**Experience**:
