We are looking for an enthusiastic **Customer Service Officer** to be the friendly voice of our clinic If you have a passion for helping others and excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage appointment **scheduling** seamlessly to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Handle **WhatsApp inquiries** with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer **phone calls** with a friendly and service-oriented attitude.
- Answer any queries that clients may have.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, patient-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in dentistry is a plus
