**Responsibilities**:
- Process Customer and Account Data Maintenance request for Individual Customers
- Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
- Handle enquiries/ escalation from local Branches, Business Units and Support/ Contact Centre
- Assist to prepare and submit management/ statistical reports
- Participate in projects and/or process improvement initiatives
**Job Requirements**:
- A recognized Degree holder with 1 year of working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
