Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reporting to Disbursement Team Lead and providing general administrative support in the handling of consumer loans processing
- Work actively with Team Lead to support the loan disbursement process and migration project of customer’s segment
- Work actively with team members to ensure accuracy and meet SLA turnaround time for all daily processes
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers and ensure no occurrence of operational errors with financial loss or customer impact
- Work actively with Team Lead to ensure compliance of ORSA / GCESA and risk control descriptions
- Work actively with Team Lead to ensure due compliance of established procedures, guidelines and due diligent in the observation of all regulatory rules and regulations
- Work closely with Team Lead and ensure prompt escalation of any issues
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum a recognized Degree in relevant field
- Good knowledge of MS office and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet timelines
- Able to provide constructive feedbacks on any operation matters related to loan processing
- Independent and reliable to complete tasks effectively and efficiently to achieve goals
- Pleasant personality, co-operative and approachable
