**About the Department**:
The **Retail **function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
**Business Banking**
We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.
**Responsibilities**:
Process Online Account Opening (OAO) documentation in accordance to Bank’s guidelines and SLA agreement to ensure effective and efficient onboarding of corporate accounts.
- Contact potential clients to invite them to open account online with UOB and guide client through the online account opening platform
- Perform documentation checks to ensure completeness and in compliance with bank’s corporate account onboarding requirements; including name screening and research on google
- Follow up with applicant (if necessary) to validate information submitted
- Facilitate opening of account and setting up of ancillary services with the processing unit
- Perform data maintenance and reporting
- Other duties as assigned by line manager

- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/ explain them to prospects
- Good knowledge of English/Mandarin in both written and communication skills
