Under general direction, responsible for complex tasks regarding the sales and marketing administration, planning, organization, and automation including managing the information systems of the department. Develops and implements changes to the optimal flow of orders. Assists with the administrative services of sales. Helps with the order processing and the relationships with clients for the administrative aspects of the sale (complaints, billing, deliveries, etc.). Role typically requires more than 2 years of experience.

The Role

The Sales Operation/Customer Service Support is responsible for purchasing, order processing, handling customer‘s enquiry, import and export coordination. This person needs to be an independent fast learner equipped with good knowledge and experience of handling import and export process in Asia.

What you need to apply

- Fluent in English and a second language
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in import and export process with a Diploma certification
- Possess initiative and the ability to remain flexible
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to productively prioritize tasks

- Must be a resourceful problem-solver
- Enthusiastic team player
- Great conflict resolution skills
- Excellent time management skills
