**Job Purpose**:
Dana SAC SEA is looking for Customer Service Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for procurement activities The position will report to Customer Service and Material Planning Manager.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and process inquires with internal and external stakeholders, achieving customer expectations and deadlines
- Full order fulfilment process.
- Execute, support and monitor orders till shipment including coordination with manufacturing facilities and sub suppliers
- Use Navision to enter quotes / orders, retrieve customer information, stock status information
- Backlog management
- Monitor inventory level and propose for replenishment.
- Work closely with Application Engineers to provide customers with technical support and support during quotation / order stage
- Work closely with customer to resolve conflicts and design changes before they become signification delays
- Support Sales in close cooperation with the corresponding interface areas as production, engineering and quality
- New customer creation process.
- Liaise with Shipping dept & workshop / store on in/outward shipment
- Providing ad-hoc general administrative support when assigned.
- Qualification and Skills- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good intercommunication skills and able to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and cost efficiency skills.
- Strong sense of urgency responsibility and commitment on works
- Able to adapt to fast-paced environment
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
