**About The Role**

As an L&D Executive/Senior Executive (Fundamental Programme) in HR Department, you will be sited at our headquarters at Bukit Merah and reports to the L&D Lead. You will be responsible for the organisational talent development processes. He/she will support the implementation of HR Learning and Development policies, plans, systems, processes and programmes toensure employees’ competencies are relevant and aligned to organisational vision and goals. The incumbent will manage and implement approved organisational learning plans

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage Learning and Development (L&D)Framework (process, system and data) to ensure organisation learning objectivesare met
- Administer, co-ordinate and support implementation of learning anddevelopment programmes based on L&D Framework
- Manage, execute, support and facilitate fundamental programmes fornew hires
- Design and develop e-learning contents
- Develop and deliver online bite-sized learning sessions
- Plan and conduct orientation programmes
- Produce monthly training data andreports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource ora related discipline
- Preferablywith Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) / AdvancedCertificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP)
- Minimum3 years’ learning & development work experience
- Goodknowledge of learning management systems, programmes, resources andinstructional tools
- Experience in e-learning content creation and managementwill be an advantage
- Familiar with government grants and funding for learning& development
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant dispositionand ability to work well and interact with people at all levels
- Good presentation, facilitation and communication skills
- Analytical, resourceful, proactive, meticulous andresults-oriented
