As a HR Executive, you will be involved in sourcing and recruiting talents, supporting the learning and developmental needs of our group of education companies. If you are a creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge, give us a chance to meet you

**What You'll Do**

Recruitment
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment matters, from placing advertisements, arranging and conducting interviews
- Liaise with job applicants to respond to queries and administer selection process and assessments
- Provide end to end on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
- Coordinate and deliver induction programme to new hires to ensure smooth on-boarding
- Administration of HR records of new hires
- Prepare contracts following standard templates and regulations and conduct reference checks
- Prepare personal file and coordinate the access set up for new hires

Training and Development
- Design, develop and implement training frameworks and programmes for employees within approved budget, and to monitor their effectiveness
- Identify the workforce learning needs through data and profiling tools and identify suitable learning programmes
- Generate learning and post-learning reports through evaluation survey finding

Other HR Functions
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Provide support and address employee relations issues and, or other employee concerns
- Any other ad-hoc projects or assignments

**What You Must Possess**
- Diploma/ Degree in business or HR-related discipline.
- 2 years of experience in a HR generalist role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
- Able to work independently, multi-task, adhere to deadlines, and follow up on tasks and projects assigned.
- Possess strong written communication and interpersonal skills to comfortably and effectively engage with employees at all levels and the management.
- Have a “can-do” attitude and is a team player
