**Responsibilities**:
- Actively supervise the HR team on HR functions and maintain the discipline and cohesiveness of the team working towards achieving the corporate objectives.
- Induct, train, coach and develop members, include conducting orientation for new employees.
- Manage training budget, monitor training plan and maintain training record within the group.
- Develop and maintain the Standard Operation Procedures or internal procedures
- Participate and contribute actively either as the Chairperson or as a member in the various committees of the company or any other company wide gathering.
- Stay up to date with employment laws and labor regulations to ensure compliance and best practices within the group.
- Able to communicate effectively and concisely with both internal and external stakeholders, through written and verbal communication, while ensuring timely responses.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor / Top Management.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience, preferable in marine/engineering/construction industry.
- Have a nose in recognizing problems and an effective problem solver.
- Adaptable, proactive and responsible.
- Good interpersonal skills, pleasant disposition and professional in approach.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written and good team player.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
