**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the main contact for specific HR duties both internally and externally.
- Manage and schedule employee qualifications renewal, training, and health checkups.
- Engage with external consulting and recruitment agencies as needed for HR functions.
- Implement, improve, and maintain the integrity of HR system data.
- Collaborate with superiors and Directors to establish and upgrade HR systems and policies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
- Perform daily HR duties to cover the absence of HR staff or subordinates.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.
