**HR Executive**
- Liaise with agents for new foreign workers and ensure successful onboarding
- Tracking and overseeing all onboarding and offboarding matters (drafting employment contracts, confirmation letters, conducting exit interviews, etc) for all staff
- Daily maintenance of the HRIS system for the different subsidiaries
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll for all staff
- Manage tax related matters such as monthly CPF, FWL, IR8A, IR21, and any other regulatory requirements
- Support and review year-end performance management with the Company's Head
- Keep abreast of any changes to MOM regulations
- Any other adhoc HR duties assigned by Supervisor
**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma holder
- Be able to work independently and in a team setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask
- General knowledge on employment laws and practices will be advantageous
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
**Benefits**:
