Tuas, Singapore SCB BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Full time

Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relationship, performance management and employee engagement
- Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters, and correspondences
- Prepare and submit survey / statistical reports as requested by government bodies
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative aligned with the overall corporate strategy
- Participate in annual HR exercises such as salary review and annual performance appraisal exercises
- Update and maintain accurate employee data in HR system and manage leave administration
- Manage Singapore employee’s monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A Year Income Tax Assessment.
- HR knowledge specific to construction industry (work permits, MYE, relevant to workers, etc.)
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management
- Other ad-hoc Admin / HR duties assigned if any
**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in Human Resources
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Hardworking, highly self-motivated, disciplined, work independently, and handle confidential information in a professional manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
