- As a senior manager/VP within Country Strategy PMO team, you will be responsible to drive the supply chain strategy evolution and implementation for the specific country/ countries under your watch, guiding and facilitating Lazada Crossborder division to achieve its business goals across South East Asian region through continuously enabling and optimizing our supply chain and logistics capabilities.
- You are expected to possess and share deep insights of the market and consumers, provide advice within crossborder community and identify growth opportunities from such insights. You are also responsible to translate well rationalized opportunities into measurable and actionable country strategy roadmap, actively driving across relevant teams and functions to ensure the initiatives being executed and delivered according to committed timeline, helping our business to achieve commercial growth success while keeping delivery experience competitive and smooth.
- You’ll be part of a regional team with stakeholders and partners across the world, and work alongside experienced and motivated global teams to help improve and drive our crossborder business.

- Job description:
- Drive regular discussions with stakeholders, mainly commercial team, to uncover potential growth trend, opportunities and gaps utilizing information and knowledge gathered from multiple sources such as market news and reports, competitor movement, internal data and analysis
- Rationalize and provide recommendations based on strategy discussion outcome, drive continuous evolution and prioritization of country roadmap aligning with business purpose and direction, ensure all roadmap initiatives are defined with clear measurable target and respective team ownership
- Manage progress of overall country roadmap implementation through program management approach, plan and execute initiatives according to business requirements, escalate and resolve road blockers when needed to deliver outcome within agreed timeline
- Support designing solutions to complex business problems and gather requirement from relevant partners (direct and indirect stakeholders)
- Foster and strengthen a culture of cross-functional collaboration on project planning and execution, ensure transparency and timely communication to keep all involved teams updated and engaged in project development
- Manage communication of progress and alignment with overall strategy direction with senior management within crossborder community and with Lazada group in general

**Job Requirements**
- University graduate with relevant bachelor degree in business, supply chain management or related fields
- Minimum 5-6 years of proven career track in business analysis, consulting, logistics and supply chain, project management, with e-commerce background being a plus
- Enthusiasm for e-commerce, global supply chain, logistics and its opportunities
- Proactive, resourceful and open-minded, with superior analytical thinking and problem solving skills, enjoy taking up challenges and developing creative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex and dynamic environment
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
