Assistant Country Manager

**The overall objective of this position is to assist and support the Country Manager in his/her daily agenda in expanding the product portfolio toward achieving operational and business targets. A significant part of this role will be to lead and coordinate key projects.**
**Responsibilities**:
- To support the Country Manager in the management and coordination of projects, where delegated.
- To pro-actively contribute to the country strategy & annual planning with the Country Manager and relevant teams, and their implementation
- Contribute to ensuring monitoring systems are in place and that project reviews/audits/evaluations are carried out periodically in conjunction with the project teams, internal stakeholders, and project partners.
- Contribute to ensuring adherence to timelines for all relevant proposals and reports, ensuring their quality as well as timely production and submission to the Country Manager.
- Lead discussions with relevant teams to optimize lead times to meet SLA adherence.
- To act on behalf of the Country Manager in his/her absence.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, either in the Gaming or similar dynamic Consumer Internet industry.
- Dynamic, Dedicated, and Result Driven.
- Strong people/team coaching and leadership capability, transferable to any country/culture.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree / preferably Master's degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Humanities, with keen business acumen.
- Familiarity with the regional gaming scene and market trends
- Fluency (both written and conversational) in English.
