
Senior Human Resource Executive

**JOB** **PURPOSE**:
In alignment with business unit priorities and the company's HR objectives, policies, and practices, the HR Business Partner will own the full HR strategy, tactics, and solutions delivery. The successful HR Business Partner will have a significant understanding of how the organization operates and how the company generates value. He or she helps provide perspective to business changes and evaluated the business case for impacts to employees. He or she also understands how changes to talent management can help in achieving business objectives.
**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Takes care of all HR issues ranging from recruitment to resignation, staff welfare, compensation and benefits, leave administration, etc. in line with company objectives.
**JOB** **CONTENT**:
**Business Partner**
Advise hiring managers on the resources available to achieve targeted hiring outcome
Review internal procedures according to change of external environment
Recommend efficient offboarding procedure
Work with various HR functions to drive better support to the department
**Off-boarding**
Manage exit process, including conducting exit interview and administer exit clearance procedures
Manage conversation with employees
Administer redundancy or severance program
Review and provide appropriate support to the employees
**Talent Attraction**
Familarise manpower planning framework and identify yearly manpower needs
Propose recruitment scheme according to business needs
Identify potential demographics issue, i.e. due to change of local legislation
Review effectiveness of sourcing platform
Review and update JD and ensure alignment of job description to legal legislation
End to end of recruitment process
Advise hiring managers on the assessment criteria. Conduct training
Review operational process flow
Conduct new hire orientation
Review efficiency of onboarding procedure
Work with hiring managers to assimilate new hires into the organization
Grievance handling
**Analytics**
Review HR trends for benchmarking against internal HR metrics
Recommend enhancement
**Program Management & Communication**
Translate diversity strategies into diversity and inclusion programmes at the workplace
Translate strategies into employee health and wellness programmes that promote a healthy
and productive workforce
Manage organization-wide events to ensure smooth execution
Develop employee communication plans,facilitating conversations with and among employee
**Employee Relations Management**
Develop programmes to address the requirements of employees at retirement
Drive the resolution of conflicts and enhancement of employee relationships
**Operations & Analytics**
Develop programmes and initiatives to improve employee engagement
Translate the insights gained from employee engagement tools and recommend corrective or improvement actions. (People Engagement)
Monitor the function's financial inflow and outflow against allocated budgets and forecasts
Assess feasibility of proposals to improve internal workflows
Manage internal stakeholders beyond the team and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals
**CREDENTIALS**:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Human Resources or relevant discipline.
**_EXPERIENCES_**
**_-_** Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience with experience in talent management, workforce planning, HR processes and Employee Relations
