**Roles & Responsibilities**
**HR & Admin - Executive / Senior Executive /Asst. Manager**
- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR / Payroll & Administration.
- Handle company’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
- Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
- Implementation of all safety measures required to combat Covid-19 and its monitoring.
- Provide and prepare compensation information for auditors.
- Handle queries from and prepare surveys from statutory boards.
- In charge of Petty Cash reimbursement and disbursement.
- In charge of full spectrum of office administration and pantry supplies replenishment.
- Other specific duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Degrees in Human Resource Management, Business Studies & Management.
- In managerial position for at least 3 years.
- Preferably with Accountings knowledge and work experiences.
- Excellent in communication both verbal & written.
- Proficient in both languages
- Chinese & English.
- Pleasant deposition and committed personal
- Good team player and able lead by example.
- Well versed in Human Resource system, SME payroll
