**1. Key Responsibilities**:
- **Employee Relations**: Assist the HRBP Manager in handling daily employee matters, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**: Support the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding of new hires, and managing employment contracts.
- **Training and Development**: Acquire knowledge in the publishing field to conduct knowledgesharing sessions for the business team. Coordinate the implementation of employee training programs to align with company needs and employee growth.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Collect and analyze HR data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support management decisions.
- **Compliance and Policy Implementation**: Ensure HR policies are in line with Singaporean labor laws, assist in internal audits, and ensure compliance.
- **Office Administration**: Handle daily office tasks, maintain office supplies, and manage reception duties.
- **Library Liaison**: Facilitate interactions with local libraries on behalf of the publishing house.
- **Monthly Reporting**: Compile and analyze business summaries and progress reports for the Singapore head.
- **International Coordination**: Collaborate with the Chinese team, with potential shortterm travel to China, Malaysia, or other safe countries as needed.
- **Market Analysis**: Periodically evaluate and analyze international market trends and database performance.
- **Job Flexibility**: Adapt and optimize job responsibilities based on business development needs. When underutilized, assist with business tasks eligible for commissionbased incentives.
**2. Requirements**:
- **Language Proficiency**:Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- **Experience**:1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multinational or multicultural environment.
**3. Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel and other office software.
- High level of professional ethics and confidentiality.
**4. Personal Traits**:
- Strong team player with a serviceoriented mindset.
- Detailoriented, patient, with excellent stress management and problemsolving skills.
**5. Compensation and Benefits**:
