Roles & Responsibilities
TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo.
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.
**Responsibilities**
1. Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
2. Proactively assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate and creative solutions.
3. Partner cross-functionally with HR colleagues within the Learning & Development, Compensation, HRIS, and HR Programs teams identify, implement, and improve processes and procedures.
4. Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors.
5. Manage the overall Performance Review Cycle.
6. Attend, and potentially facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed.
7. Assist with recruitment efforts when necessary to ensure continued growth and success of the business.
**Qualifications**
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience within HR in the media/digital marketing or tech industry.
2. Experience with coaching at the manager level, focus on performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting.
3. Demonstrated multi-regional project management and change management experience with the ability to drive programs independently.
4. Knowledge of sales business and tech industry.
5. Experience helping global organizations scale. Successfully dealt with aggressive hiring targets like BPO, campus hire projects in a short time.
6. BA/BS degree or equivalent years of HR-related experience.
