Singapore MAVEN SEARCH PTE. LTD. Full time

Our client is an international marine manufacturer looking for a HRBP to join their Singapore office. This role is a sole contributor position, reporting to the MD of the company, having 60 headcounts under his/her responsability in Singapore (blue and white collar workers).

Responsabilities will include:
HR Management / Business Support
- Partner with the line managers and provide advice or appropriate solutions in all aspects of human matters.
- Assist and handle employee relations issues
- Work with management, along with employees to ensure delivery of organisation goals. Acts as a bridge between these sections to facilitate smooth functioning of the operations of the company.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
- Manage Performance Management review and administration of performance review (confirmation) for all employees
- Review, update policies and recommend policy changes
- Prepare and submits MOM and CPF surveys
- Update monthly manpower and recruitment reports
- Review current HR processes and recommend improvement to workflow
- Manage Industrial Relation matters including collective agreement negotiation
- Ensure all processes, guidelines & activities are carried in accordance with policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain appropriate filing and information system

Talent Acquisition
- Sit-in for interviews and provide inputs to assist in hiring decisions
- Prepare and recommend new hire salary via salary proposal template to match against internal and external equity
- Prepare Employment Contract (LOA) and Job Description (JD), etc aligned with local regulations, company policies and standards
- Manage the talent acquisition process as well as the on and off-boarding process
- Prepares employee resignation acceptance letters and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation

Compensation And Benefits
- Liaise with outsource payroll vendors to and keep vendor updated for new hires and resignees and ensure monthly payroll are completed accurately and timely.
- CPF submission for Singapore office
- Submit IR21(tax clearance) for Work pass holders
- Administers benefits programs such as employee’s insurance, e-leave, and employee assistance
- Arrange and assist to coordinate employee events to facilitate bonding

Training & Development
- Assist to source for training and recommend to employees
- Ensure training forms are appropriately filled up and submitted prior to registering of courses.
- Liaise with training provider on course confirmation and finance for preparation of payments.
- Ensure training course feedback form are completed and filed in training file

HR Administration
- Prepare all letters including certification, promotion, yearly performance appraisal
- Dormitory Administration.
- E-leave Portal including leave administration.
- Time Management System Administration.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in full spectrum of HR
- Good understanding of Singapore legislation and labour law
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent human relations skills with ability to interact with all levels
- Flexible, resourceful and able to perform despite tight schedules
- A high-level individual who is independent and proactive
- Ideally bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking associate)
- To have a notice period of 1 month or less
- To be able to revise payslips and understand the payroll process
- Previous expousure to union agreements

This position is located in Jurong West, the company provides a bus service and flexible WFH
