Castlery is seeking a dynamic Senior HRBP and HRBP Function Lead to shape and drive our HR strategy for global retail, supporting Castlery's ambitious expansion of flagship stores in top metropolitan cities worldwide.

**What you'll be doing**:

- **Lead HRBP Function**: Manage and mentor the HRBP team to deliver strategic HR support across functions.
- **Strategic Partnership for Retail**: Collaborate closely with retail leaders, shaping organizational capabilities, workforce strategy, and delivering talent solutions to enable outstanding customer experiences globally.
- **Organizational Design**: Guide retail organizational design, aligning teams across countries with Castlery's business goals.
- **Talent Strategy**: Lead recruitment, talent mapping, and workforce planning for store managers and retail teams across the US, Australia, and emerging markets.
- **Capability Development**: Drive capability-building initiatives and partner with L&D to design impactful training programs for retail staff.
- **Performance & Culture**: Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture through targeted HR practices and engagement programs.
- **Risk & Compliance**: Act as an advisor on compliance risks, create guidelines, and develop business continuity plans for retail functions.

**What you'll need**:

- **Experience**: 10+ years in HR with substantial retail exposure, particularly across the US and Australia.
- **Strategic Partnering**: Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
- **HR Expertise**: Deep knowledge in organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
- **Global Mindset**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
