Job Description
To align business objectives with employees and line managers in assigned corporate functional units. The incumbent serves as a consultant to the line managers on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and line managers, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to line managers and employees that reflect and support objectives of the organization.
This is an individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities & Result Areas:
- Serve as the HR Consultant and advisor to guide and coach line managers and employees on HR policies, programs, practices, processes, employment issues and related etc
- Align HR strategy / directives with business strategy and objectives
- Analyze trends/metrics and anticipate HR-related needs; communicate needs pro-actively with various stakeholders - business leaders and HR Community to develop integrated solutions and deliver value-added services
- Provide guidance and inputs on business structures, workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, compensation and talent pipeline.
- Partner with line managers and employees to foster positive work relationships and create a conducive environment which will increase productivity and retention
- Guide, coach line managers on performance management system [coaching, counselling, career development, moderation/calibration and the performance improvement process with non-performing employees]
- Advise and guideline managers in the discipline, grievance handling and investigations processes
- Provide monthly HR management reports to track strategic goal accomplishment
- Lead programs and activities on employee engagement for assigned BUs
- Ensure staff disciplinary and grievance handling are dealt with and handled appropriately and in accordance to the policies and regulatory requirements
- Drive HR projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirement
- You need to have 5 or more years of HRBP experience, good communication skills, EQ, stakeholder management skills.
- You should possess a degree in HR or related discipline.
- Experience with Workday is advantageous.
