- You have a **strong network of corporate contacts**(e.g., HR teams, marketing decision-makers, senior executives).
- You’re confident in **developing, pitching, and closing large-scale corporate event proposals.**
- You’re ready to step into a **leadership role**and drive **business growth in a fast-paced events agency environment.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**:Identify and pursue **new corporate clients**, focusing on HR teams, marketing teams, and corporate planners.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and **nurture strong partnerships**with key clients to drive repeat business.
- **Sales Strategy**:Develop and execute **strategic sales plans**to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- **Proposal Development**:Create and present **tailored event proposals**aligned with client needs and budgets.
- **Negotiation**:Lead **contract negotiations**to secure profitable agreements.
- **Market Awareness**:Stay informed about **industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.**
- **Networking**:Attend **industry events and networking sessions**to expand your professional network.
- **Team Mentorship**:Provide **guidance and leadership**to junior team members, fostering professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- **At least 5 years of business development experience in an events agency specializing in corporate events and team-building.**
- **Proven success in acquiring and managing corporate client accounts.**
- **Strong industry network**(HR professionals, marketing teams, and corporate decision-makers).
- **Exceptional skills in proposal development, pitching, and negotiation.**
- **Proficiency in managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously.**
- **Deep understanding of the Singapore corporate events landscape.
**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in **regional or global events agencies**with large-scale corporate clients.
- Strong ability to **innovate event strategies**that align with client objectives and profitability goals.
- Demonstrated success in **ROI-focused event planning and execution.
