The HR Executive we are looking out for is responsible for recruitment and retention strategies and implementations for The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd. In particular, in areas relating to recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee communications, industrial partnerships and other special projects.
Your New Role
Recruitment & Retention & HR Administration
Full cycle of recruitment
Work Pass administration
HR administration - preparation of letters etc
Partner with Institutions for internships and recruitments
Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Compensation & Benefits/Welfare & Employee Communications
Review and design a competitive compensation and benefit framework for staff
Coordination of engagement and employee wellbeing programs
Keep humans in The Bakery Depot happy
Training
Enrollment of staff for training
Payroll
Full cycle of payroll (Assisting outsourced vendor)
Your Competencies
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
Able to multi-task effectively with mínimal supervision
Knowledge of employment act, wage and salary laws and regulations
Resourceful and innovative in implementing recruitment and retention strategies
Team player with “can-do” spirit
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and respect for people
Positive and able to find joy in things you do
Perform employee relations and employee counselingDeliver human resources related trainingManage employee benefits administration processesPromote positive employee relations and employee engagementDeliver presentations regarding human resources/employee relations activities and proceduresProvide employee relations leadership and support on employee relations situationsAct as a resource on human resources matters to human resources personnelLead employee relations initiatives to improve employee engagementConduct new employee training on human resources related policies and proceduresAdminister human resources policies and proceduresConducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselingOversee employee relations and performance managementManage other human resources staffManage through employee relations issuesCoordinating employee benefits and payroll processesAdvise managers on employee relations issuesAssist with employee relations issuesDemonstrate leadership in employee relationsPrepare human resources department budgetProvide management to human resources staff
