The HR Executive role is a crucial position within The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd, a leading provider of high-quality baked goods in the Kaki Bukit East Region. As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's human capital and ensuring a positive, engaged, and productive workforce. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, including Employment Act, EFMA, and CPF/IRAS requirements.
  • Administer and manage all work pass matters (Work Permit, SPass, Employment Pass), including applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals.
  • Coordinating and administering employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related activities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, with hands-on experience in work pass management and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act, CPF Act, and MOM regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong problem-solving and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
