Key Responsibilities:
Employee Services – Teachers' Registration Matters
-
Administer registration of employees in ECDA Teachers' Registration online system
-
Provide support to centre leaders on teachers' registration and qualifications matters
-
Maintain and update employees' particulars in HRIS, ensuring necessary documentations are obtained for record and audit purpose
-
Liaise with Ministries, external agencies and line managers as and when necessary
-
Tracking of KPIs set by the Ministries/ECDA
-
General HR administration and ensure employees' electronic p-files are well maintained
-
Prepare HR reports for internal and external parties as and when necessary
-
Assist in HR audit matters where necessary
-
Attend to employees' enquiries on HR policies and procedures
-
Any other projects or initiatives as assigned by the management
Job Holder Requirements:
-
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in any field
-
Experience: Two (2) years HR/Admin Experience
-
Other Knowledge & Skills and Attributes:
-
Good knowledge of employment laws and prevailing HR practices and trends will be advantageous
-
Good communication & interpersonal skills
-
A hands-on person who is resourceful, well organized and meticulous with an eye for detail and able to meet tight deadlines
-
Good follow-up skills
-
Able to work independently and proficient in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS office and major internet applications
