The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Document WFM internal key communication and management processes.
- Implement process maturity assessment for volume forecast process through regular stakeholder reviews.
- Identify the process improvement opportunities through the current state process mappings.
- Understand, quantify and document the impact of business volume forecast on downstream operation readiness.
- Explore breakthrough volume forecast tooling with internal product team to improve overall WFM operation efficiency.
- Implement key improvement projects to enhance the collaborations across the stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Understand process improvement concept
- Understand process improvement concept
- Understand demand forecast and capacity management concept
- Industrial engineering background will be a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
