Job Title: International Workforce Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate with international recruitment agencies to source suitable workers for various industries in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with overseas recruitment agencies from China, Myanmar, Vietnam, and India to source qualified workers for Singapore-based employers.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on employer requirements.
  • Coordinate arrival schedules and ensure timely processing of workers' entry into Singapore.
  • Support incoming workers in finding suitable accommodation before and after arrival.
  • Maintain effective communication with both overseas partners and local employers to ensure seamless placement processes.
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to recruitment, arrival, and housing arrangements.
  • Provide assistance in resolving any issues faced by workers during the transition period.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's employment and work pass procedures is advantageous.
