**About the role**

You are responsible for MINDEF/SAF's online and web presence, primarily through the MINDEF corporate website and sub-sites, working as part of a team to transform raw content into highly usable and effective websites.

**What you will be working on**
- Manage daily website operations, maintenance, and performance of selected MINDEF/SAF websites
- Project manage web projects, including requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and progress monitoring
- Design project and campaign assessment metrics
- Review, update, design, and create platform-appropriate web content
- Develop medium to long-term web engagement strategies aligned with organisational objectives
- Liaise with key stakeholders and report on website performance

**Challenge(s)**
- Staying abreast of the latest digital and online trends
- Accurately sensing the digital media environment and audience needs
- Reinventing web engagement strategies

**What we are looking for**
- Education in Web Development/Management, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Information Systems, Interactive Media Design or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in internet publishing, digital communications, website design, website management and/or the media industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of WYSIWYG web editing software, HTML/XML, JavaScript, web programming languages, cloud technology, or content management systems
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Strong critical thinking and project management skills
- Keen interest in digital media and technology
- Ability to translate organisational objectives into effective web strategies
