Client is looking for a Loyalty Marketing and Partnership Lead to join their team
- In this exciting role, you'll manage the customer lifecycle, driving acquisition, retention, and partnership management.
- You'll work closely with data analysts to gain insights into member bases, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage referral programs, and develop the member's lifecycle journey.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with data analyst to gain insights of member bases, identify opportunities for growth and analyze campaign effectiveness to improve key customer engagement and acquisition metrics, across various marketing channels.
- Conceptualise, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns/events (Contest, A/B testing, Geo-targeting, roadshows) that drive new and returning member acquisition
- Manage referral program and targeting increase referrals
- Maintaining marketing campaign calendar and budget, and supporting in event management and execution.
- Conceptualize and execute engagement campaigns via digital platforms
- Manage and grow both new and existing relationships with partners (banks, lifestyle, e-commerce, retail), to deliver meaningful partnerships on branding, engagement, and user acquisition
- Regularly review and analyze the performance of partnerships after each campaign and gather insights for improvements and opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in loyalty marketing and/or partnerships.
- Experience in managing a database, performing data analysis, segmentation, and executing CRM strategies preferred.
- Comprehensive experience in pitching, converting and managing brand marketing partnerships
- Demonstrated organizational, planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task, take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric, strong team player who is adaptable and possesses good attention to details
