**Responsibilities**
- Manage strategically important loyalty partnership opportunities, and act as the main point of contact between Atome+ and the partners.
- Initiate, negotiate, and operationalise engagements with internal stakeholders to launch loyalty partnerships.
- Develop loyalty reward strategies based on customer segmentations.
- Responsible for the end-to-end execution of all loyalty partnership marketing campaigns (including thematic campaigns, social media campaigns).
- Actively seek win-win solutions for both the partners and Atome.
- Define success metrics and prioritize key initiatives to drive growth across all partnerships.
- Work with the data science team to monitor partners' performance and identify opportunities to grow.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years in Account Management or Loyalty Program Management.
- Prior experience in reward catalog management is a plus.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin will be required due to regional coverage (SG,MY, HK,TW, etc).
- Demonstrated track record in building and nurturing relationships at all levels.
- Possess a growth mindset and understand how to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Strong commercial acumen - ability to analyze and interpret data for discussion with partners.
- Obsessed about understanding your partner's needs in developing their business and becoming a true business partner.
- Experience working at a high growth early tech startup is highly desired.
- A curious nature and you enjoy developing solutions to new problems.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
