You will be part of HPB's Preventive Health Programmes & Rewards Division , Rewards Department, to optimize rewards for positive behavioural outcomes supporting HPB's vision of "A Nation of Healthy People".

What You Can Expect

As a key member of the Rewards Department, you will manage a board-wide rewards programme and platform services to engage stakeholders and support national initiatives for Singaporeans' benefit.

You will facilitate the development of domain expertise to guide divisions in optimizing rewards to meet programme objectives across three tracks: knowledge acquisition (extrinsic & non-monetary rewards), advisory support, and continuous learning from industry and academia experts.

You will provide leadership in areas such as policy development, governance oversight for Healthpoints and reward types, conceptualizing rewards initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and partners, and ensuring optimal user experience with IT teams and vendors. You will also oversee marketing initiatives, develop analytics, and implement process improvements.

You will lead customer-care operations, managing queries, escalations, vendor relationships, and service development.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of CRM/IT systems and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience in partnership proposal development, project management, and operations planning.
  • Strategic, analytical, and organized mindset with a focus on outcomes and process efficiency.
