In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering programmes that drive in-app user engagement and loyalty for our health & wealth app - Pulse. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head, Pulse Ecosystem Business and work closely with internal stakeholders to drive rewards and activity on the Pulse app.

Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering programmes that drive in-app user engagement and loyalty for our health & wealth app - Pulse. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head, Pulse Ecosystem Business and work closely with internal stakeholders to drive rewards and activity on the Pulse app.

**Job Description**:

- Ownership and delivery of in-app contact programmes and activities to drive usage and engagement
- Delivery of Pulse rewards strategy to drive activity usage targets
- Onboard Health features and localise content
- Achieve successful delivery of programmes on time and on budget.
- Manage stakeholder engagement through quarterly campaign roadmaps
- Work closely with data teams to track results and translate insights into actions
- Collaborate with Pulse Ecosystem platforms teams to deliver objectives
- Manage engagement and develop relationships with stakeholders such as Channel Heads, BDMs in Agency Distribution and Partnership Distribution to deliver agreed plans within timelines
- Manage programme launch process ensuring clear and timely communication to stakeholders

Competencies & Personal Traits
- App experience in loyalty and engagement programmes
- Self-starter with business acumen
- Excellent communication skills with strong ability to work with stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage work process accurately and effectively with knowledge and experience
- Positive, enthusiastic, committed with a ‘can do’ approach.

Working Experience
- Minimum 3 years in Marketing; preferably with app/digital expertise
- Experience in Retail/FMCG preferred but not necessary

Education
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields of study

Language
- English
