As an Employee Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, plan, and execute employee engagement strategies and initiatives around key themes and events. You will lead and analyze the results of engagement surveys to develop action plans aimed at improving employee experience positively. Additionally, you will be in charge of organizing Employee Reward & Recognition Programs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, as well as facilitating New Joiner connect programs at days intervals. In this role, you will also be responsible for designing and implementing creative social media engagement plans to enhance the employer brand's reputation in the external market. You will ensure that all queries, issues, grievances, and escalations are addressed promptly within the stipulated time frame. Moreover, you will develop metrics, utilize analytics to track the progress of Employee Relations programs, and create comprehensive review decks for the Leadership team.Collaboration with internal stakeholders is crucial for this position, as you will work on enhancing the overall employee experience from pre-hire to retirement through activities such as Pulse Surveys, eNPS, and communication of improvement actions based on scores through platforms like Townhalls and Newsletters. You will also be responsible for maintaining an online repository of knowledge updates and best practices for easy access and retrieval by the team.This is a full-time position based in Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Events Management.
