Employer Consultant
**Employer Engagement**
You will outreach and partner employers to enhance the work opportunities available to persons with disabilities. This includes developing and implementing industry/sector-based strategies on inclusive hiring, as well as improve capability of employers in hiring, integrating and retaining persons with disabilities. You will also work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate disability-inclusive hiring and employment practices.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement industry/sector-based strategies to foster disability-inclusive hiring
- Partner and account manage employers in employing persons with disabilities into their workforce
- Partner multi-disciplinary team in facilitating the job matching and employment of persons with disabilities
- Identify and engage prospective employers to secure interest in disability-inclusive hiring, leveraging initiatives such as the SG Enable’s Open Door Programme, schemes and grants
- Plan, manage, implement and track employers’ progress on customised plans to hire persons with disabilities
- Plan and implement outreach plans and conduct outreach events to reach out to persons with disabilities and employers towards employment support
**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Experience in account servicing and business development
- Adept at public speaking and partners engagement
- Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and versatile to take on other roles when required
- Strong time management with the ability to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environment
- Meticulous in administrative tasks and resourceful in problem solving
