**Employment Consultant - ADVINES HR**

**About Us**:
**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated Employment Consultant to support our recruitment and client expansion efforts in Singapore. If you have a keen understanding of the labor market, especially in Singapore, and a drive to find new business opportunities, we’d love to meet you

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in a labor-related role or prior experience as an employment agent.
- **Licensing**: Singapore employment agency license (CEI or KAH certificate) preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with the employment agency landscape in Singapore and foreign labor processes.
- **Sales-Driven**: Ability and willingness to build a client base across different industries in Singapore. High commission structure based on performance.
- **Market Development**: Support the director in developing overseas labor services.
- **Additional Tasks**: Complete other responsibilities as directed by the director.
