**What the role is**
- Description of Group Family Development Group (FDG) strengthen and support families to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes and publicity efforts Description of Branch The Family Services Division oversees a range of services designed to build up and support families at different life stages. Within this Division, the Leave Branch administers the Government-Paid Leave Schemes (GPLS), which are key initiatives to support Marriage and Parenthood. Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave and Childcare Leave are some of the schemes under the GPLS.

**What you will be working on**
- We are looking for individuals who are keen to hone your skills in planning and executing large-scale service delivery projects. Responsibilities - You will work on a range of operational policy work involving people, systems and processes, such as: o Reviewing and streamlining work processes for operational efficiency o Understanding and implementing policy enhancements o Assessing appeals o Managing public communications and citizen feedback o Determining requirements for system enhancements - You may be required to help in other areas of work, to support the administration of Government Paid Leave Schemes (GPLS).

- Tertiary qualifications;
- Good conversational and writing skills;
- Sound logical thinking;
- Inquisitive and willing to challenge the norm;
- Able to work independently and in teams;
- Organised, able to multi-task and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment;
- Possess service-oriented and citizen-centric mindset; and - Able to interact with, engage and collaborate with different stakeholders
