**What the role is**
- The Family Life Group/Services division oversees a range of services designed to build up and support families at different life stages. Within this Division, the Leave Unit administers the Government-Paid Leave Schemes (GPLS), which are key initiatives to support Marriage and Parenthood. Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave and Childcare Leave are some of the schemes under the GPLS.
We are looking for individuals who are keen to hone your skills in planning and executing large-scale service delivery projects, as well as be involved in appeals management.

**What you will be working on**
- You will work on works relating to GPLS claims involving people, processes and operational policy, including:

- Attending to appeals and feedback
- Reviewing and streamlining work processes for operational efficiency, including providing input for policy enhancements
- Reviewing contents and messages on the GPLS portal and/or other channels
- Managing third party audits on the GPLS claims, including managing processes relating to recovery of over claims
- Supervising and developing officers
- You may be required to help in other areas of work, to support the administration of GPLS.

- Good conversational and writing skills;
- Able to interact with, engage and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Sound logical thinking;
- Inquisitive and willing to challenge the norm;
- Able to work independently and in teams;
- Organised, able to multi-task and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment;
- Possess service-oriented and citizen-centric mindset; and
- Experience in Government procurement procedures or managing third party audits will be advantageous, but not required
