**As a Project Admin, your role is to support the Transformation Office in driving operational excellence and business growth through cross-functional collaboration, project P&L oversight, and process improvement initiatives. Enable performance and efficiency via data analysis, automation, and delivery lifecycle management.**

**The broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following**:

- Supports business operations & project management for assigned areas and workstreams.
- Supports P&L forecasting, revenue & margin management for selected complex projects.
- Engage & drive cross functional units discussion and vendor management to support business and delivery activities and collaborate with functional team to drive resolution of operational issues.
- Supports P&L forecasting for the business units by processing, collecting, & consolidating data from different stakeholders.
- Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and archival of documentation
- Design and implement new or specified changes to processes and drive automation to improve productivity
- Drives continuous process, data refinement & improvement by performing analysis to trends & issues, develop insights & recommendations,
- Develop and enhance business measurement & metrics, and track effectiveness of change

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, sales, and P&L forecasting with a Diploma or Degree in Business or Computer Science
- Strong understanding of business processes, sales tools, systems, and best practices
- Effective in management and administrative tasks, including proofreading and handling information
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities
- \ Knowledge of SAP Order Management and CRM systems is an added advantage
