**Description of Key Job Duties**:

- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and managers to understand their strategic goals and challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Partner with managers to identify performance gaps, provide coaching, and support employee development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in the annual performance evaluation and salary review processes.
- Provide expertise and guidance on compensation-related matters, including job evaluation and market analysis, to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
- Support employee communication efforts and contribute to the development of internal communication strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring they align with legal requirements and best practice.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor, supporting the overall HR function and the achievement of organizational goals.

**Skills Requirement**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of HRBP work experience inthe Solar energy industry.
- Ability to use relevant knowledge of human resources and functional areas to build trusting relationships with others.
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and ethics
- Excellent learning ability, good judgment on complex problems and have strong ownership.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English & Chinese, in order to liaise with Chinese counterparties
